1. What are your bath soaks made of?

Our soaks are made from mineral-rich salts, dried botanicals, pure herbs, and essential oil blends — no synthetic fragrances, no fillers, and absolutely no chemical junk. Every ingredient is chosen to support your nervous system, your skin, and your senses.

2. How do I use the bath soak sachets?

Simply drop one sachet into warm running water and let it steep like tea. You can leave it in the bath while you soak, or swirl it around to release more scent. No cleanup needed — just remove the sachet after your bath.

3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. We use gentle, natural ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals or fake fragrances. However, if you have very sensitive skin or allergies, we always recommend doing a patch test first.

4. Can I use your soaks during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Our blends are made with natural ingredients, but some essential oils may not be recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your healthcare provider before using.

5. Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide using Sendle. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

7. Are the sachets biodegradable?

Yes! Our sachets are made from natural corn fiber and are 100% biodegradable. They're safe for you and gentle on the planet.

8. How should I store the sachets?

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them sealed to preserve the scent and freshness of the botanicals.

9. Can I request a custom blend?
